Bespoke Commissions

Designed together. Hand-sculpted in Cornwall.

Every MOR piece is individually made, but a bespoke commission allows us to create something entirely personal to you.

During your consultation, we’ll explore:

– Band shape, profile and finish 

 

– Metal choice (yellow 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold)

– Stone selection and placement

– Budget and timeframe

From there, I will develop your design and provide a detailed quote.

Pricing & Metal Costs

As I work with solid gold and precious stones, pricing is directly influenced by current metal market rates at the time of creation.

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

If you choose to proceed after this period, I will need to update the quote in line with current gold prices. This ensures transparency and fairness as gold prices can fluctuate significantly.

Securing Your Commission

Once you’re happy to proceed:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin sourcing materials and starting the making process.

• The remaining balance is due once your piece is complete and ready for collection or dispatch.

Your deposit secures your materials and allows me to begin carving and casting your piece.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the design and my current schedule. I’ll confirm an estimated completion window at the time of booking. 

If your piece is for a specific date (wedding, proposal, anniversary), please let me know during your consultation.

The Process

Each piece is hand-carved in wax and cast using the traditional lost-wax process in solid gold.

Nothing is mass-produced. Nothing is hollow.

Every curve and surface is shaped by hand in my Cornish studio.
